Ingredients

  • 225g x Beef Braising Steak
  • 30g x Carrots
  • 1 x Garlic Clove
  • 60g x Onion
  • 1 x Pinch Dried Bay Leaf
  • 1 x Pinch Dried Parsley
  • 1 x Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 x Pinch Salt
  • 1 x Pinch Dried Thyme
  • 10g White Flour
  • 100ml x Water
  • 75ml x Red Wine

Method

Chop the garlic, vegetables and meat. Place in a slow cooker with the herbs and liquids.

Stir then leave to cook for a minimum of 2 hours (on high) or ideally 8-12 hours (on low).
