Ingredients
- 225g x Beef Braising Steak
- 30g x Carrots
- 1 x Garlic Clove
- 60g x Onion
- 1 x Pinch Dried Bay Leaf
- 1 x Pinch Dried Parsley
- 1 x Pinch Black Pepper
- 1 x Pinch Salt
- 1 x Pinch Dried Thyme
- 10g White Flour
- 100ml x Water
- 75ml x Red Wine
Method

Chop the garlic, vegetables and meat. Place in a slow cooker with the herbs and liquids.

Stir then leave to cook for a minimum of 2 hours (on high) or ideally 8-12 hours (on low).
